Mansfield's extensive areas of practice encompass membership in the Louisiana State Bar Association's Family Law Section, serving as a Board Member for the Jefferson Parish Bar Association and the 22nd Judicial District Court Bar Association. Additionally, he holds the role of Notary Public in Jefferson and St. Tammany Parishes, served as Hearing Committee Chair for the Office of Disciplinary Counsel from 2010 to 2020, and currently serves as Vice Chair for the Louisiana Board of Family Law Specialization (2022-2023). Mark is also an active member of the St. Tammany Chamber PAC Board since 2021.

A native of Houma, Louisiana, she graduated magna cum laude from the University of Louisiana at Monroe and earned her Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law. Her legal experience includes work with the Ouachita Parish District Attorney’s Office, Orleans Parish Criminal Court, Southeast Louisiana Legal Services, and the Disability Law Center. Hilary is committed to providing every client with fair, diligent, and zealous representation, ensuring they are treated with dignity and have a strong advocate for their rights.
